* Served as the Chief of Ophthalmology and Refractive Surgery at the Joint Base Elmendorf Richard Hospital in Alaska for four years
* Named U.S. Air Force Pacific Air Command Surgeon of the Year in 2009
* Retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel
* Served as Associate Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, instructing residents.

Biography:

Dr. Kelley is fellowship trained in cornea, specializing in cornea disease and surgery, refractive surgery and cataract surgery. He also consults and treats patients with macular degeneration, diabetes and glaucoma. He prides himself on providing his patients with the latest technology and treatment options for their eye care with a personalized approach to meet each person's individual needs.
