Mission Statement
The AMH Wellness Center is a community-based program that encourages individuals to live a healthier lifestyle. It offers a variety of equipment and guidance from the wellness staff to assist members in reaching their individual wellness goals. The AMH Wellness Center views fitness as an important tool to prevent diseases and create a healthier, happier community.Services provided
